Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Live plants and seeds (as they are perishable and may not survive the return process)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Return & Exchange Process

Refund Information
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days after processing.
